Can you set up a new computer for a new employee?
Yes, it is one of the most common things we do. The new person sits down to a computer that is already signed in, on the network, and loaded with the programs they need. We handle their accounts and email on the Software and Email side too, so their first day is not wasted on IT.
Our computers are old. How do we know what to replace?
We look at how your team actually works and recommend machines that fit, without overspending. We are not here to sell you the most expensive thing on the shelf, just the right tool for the job.
Can you move everything from my old computer to a new one?
Yes. We move your files, settings, and programs to the new machine and make sure nothing important is left behind, then wipe or recycle the old one safely.
Do you set up both Windows PCs and Macs?
Both. Most small offices run Windows, but if your team is on Macs we set those up too, along with the printers and network gear around them.
Why is my computer so slow?
Usually an aging hard drive, low memory, or years of clutter. We tune it up or tell you straight when it is time for a new one, with no upsell. Slow computers and the other everyday breakdowns are the focus of our Computer & WiFi Help page, so start there if a fix is what you need.
