We are moving to Microsoft 365. Can you handle the switch?
Yes. We set up Microsoft 365 (or Google Workspace), move your email and files over, and manage it going forward. You get the whole switch handled by one person.
Will I lose any email when we switch?
No. We migrate your mail, contacts, and calendars so nothing is lost, and you keep your same email address. We plan it so the changeover happens with as little disruption as possible.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, which is right for us?
It depends on how your team works and what you already use. We will walk you through the trade-offs in plain English and help you pick, instead of pushing whatever is easiest for us.
Do you set up QuickBooks?
We handle the IT side: installing it, upgrading older versions, and moving your company file to a new computer or to QuickBooks Online if you are leaving the desktop version behind. We get multi-user access working and can help with a light initial setup. For the bookkeeping itself, we will point you to a QuickBooks ProAdvisor who does that all day.
Do you do custom software configuration?
We install and set up the software your team uses and get your accounts working. For bigger configuration projects, custom workflows, complex permissions, or connecting systems together, we scope it first and give you a flat quote, or tell you straight if it is a job for a specialist. We will not start an open-ended project blind.
Can you set up accounts for a new hire and shut them off when someone leaves?
Yes. We create accounts, email, and access for new people, and when someone leaves we shut their access off cleanly and hand over anything that was theirs. Your logins stay in your name.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Cuyahoga Falls and serve Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, and Kent. We come to your office, and a lot of this we can also handle remotely.
