Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. We set up live viewing and playback on your phone and computer, so you can check in from the back office or from out of town. You see your cameras, nobody else does.
How long is footage kept?
As long as your storage allows, and we size that to what you need. Footage records on-site, so you are not depending on a monthly subscription just to look back a few days.
Are there monthly fees?
Not for the basics. The systems we install record locally, so you own your footage without a required monthly subscription. If you want cloud backup of clips, we can add it and tell you the cost.
Can you add cameras to what we already have?
Often, yes. We will look at your current system and tell you straight whether it makes sense to expand it or start fresh. No pushing a full replacement if you do not need one.
Indoor, outdoor, or both?
Both. We use cameras rated for where they go, so outdoor units hold up to Ohio weather and indoor units cover your floor and entrances.
