What is a NAS, in plain terms?
It is your own shared storage box that sits on your office network. Everyone on your team can save to it and pull from it, with the right people having access to the right folders. Think of it as one shared drive for the whole office.
Cloud or a NAS, which is right for us?
It depends on how your team works, how much you store, and whether people work from outside the office. We walk you through the trade-offs in plain English and help you pick, rather than pushing one answer.
Does not Microsoft 365 already back up my files?
Less than most people think. Microsoft 365 keeps your files available, but it is not a full backup if something is deleted or goes wrong. We add real, separate backup for your 365 data so you are actually covered.
Can you move us off our old server?
Yes. We move your files to the cloud or to a modern shared storage setup, then retire the old server cleanly. You get out from under aging hardware without losing anything.
Will my team lose access while you move things?
We plan the move to keep disruption to a minimum, often doing the heavy lifting after hours. We tell you up front what to expect so nobody is caught off guard.
