Can you set up a new employee's computer and email?
Yes. That is one of the most common things we do. The new person sits down to a computer that already has their login, email, and access to the files and tools they need, so their first day is not wasted on IT.
We are moving to Microsoft 365. Can you handle the switch?
Yes. We set up Microsoft 365 (or Google Workspace), move your email and files over, and manage it going forward. You get the whole switch handled by one person.
Will I lose any email when we switch?
No. We migrate your mail, contacts, and calendars so nothing is lost, and you keep your same email address. We plan it so the changeover happens with as little disruption as possible.

It depends on how your team works and what you already use. We will walk you through the trade-offs in plain English and help you pick, instead of pushing whatever is easiest for us.
Why is my computer so slow?
Usually it is an old hard drive, too little memory, or years of clutter and background programs. We take a look and either tune it up or tell you straight when it is time for a new one. No upsell for the sake of it.
