Yes. We coordinate porting your existing number over to the new system, so you keep the number your customers already know. We plan the switch so you are not left without phones in between.
What phone service do you set up?
Hosted systems like RingCentral and Ooma, among others. We recommend the one that fits how your business takes calls and what you want to spend, instead of pushing a single brand.
Do we need to buy special phones?
Sometimes. We can provision desk handsets, or your team can take and make calls from an app on their computer or cell phone. We will lay out the options and what each costs.
Can calls ring to our cell phones?
Yes. We can route calls to cell phones, send them to the right person or department, and set hours so after-hours calls go to voicemail or wherever you choose.
We have two locations. Can you connect them?
Yes. A hosted phone system ties multiple locations together so they share extensions and transfer calls as if everyone were in one office.
